American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her acting career by playing supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson on the FX series Dirt and also played a minor role in the short-lived drama The Ex List. She played Kaylee who was a young Moira on the first season on FX's American Horror Story. She was Jessie Anderson's character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie was her role in The NBC show This Is Us. She also voices several characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. She has been voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge resided in Darien, Connecticut, until the age of 10, when her mom and daughter moved to California,[1] where they were able to move around for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge became attracted to acting, photography, and singing at age 13. She relocated to Los Angeles with her mother when she was just 15 years old to pursue her acting career.
