Pop Smoke was one of America's most famous and rich Rapper born in the summer of 1999. CardiB created the Welcome to the Party Instagram video. Bashar Jackson, who was also known by Pop Smoke, his pseudonym Pop Smoke (July 20th 1999-February 19th of 2020) was an American songwriter and rapper. Victor Victor Worldwide signed him. The artist also released music for Republic Records. Pop Smoke became popular for his Brooklyn drill sound following his collaboration together with UK drill producers 808Melo Axl Beats, Yoz Beatz and 808Melo Axl Beats. In April 2019, he debuted the single Welcome to the Party the leading single off the mixtape he released as his debut Meet the Woo which was released in July 2019. Two remixes were released of Welcome to the Party in August 2019 with American rapper Nicki Minaj as well as British rapper Skepta. In April 2019 Pop Smoke released his breakout single Welcome to the Party the first single from the mixtape he released as his debut album, Meet the Woo (2019). The song was recorded and remixed by Nicki Minaj in the first version, and Skepta in the second version and released on the month of August in 2019. The song stands out for the use of UK drills, a technique that was to be found throughout his discography. This is due to his numerous collaborations as well as 808Melo (a British drill production company). The other songs that are well-known are Mpr Flexin and Dior. The duo also collaborated on several other smash singles in the wake of the enormous success of Welcome to the Party. This includes: War which features Lil Tjay, and 100k in a coupe, featuring Calboy. Gatti was a collaboration that he had together with JackBoys, Travis Scott in December 2019and it is the album's last track.
